Women's Guild

Spirituality for Women

The Women’s Guild provides an opportunity for all women in the parish to become acquainted with each other, to foster spiritual growth and share their time and talent for the benefit of our parish and the greater honor and glory of God. Every woman is welcome and encouraged to join in one of our many projects and activities.

The Guild has a ‘spiritual adoption’ near the Supreme Court anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision to encourage prayer for babies in danger of being aborted. Nine months later, a baby shower is held with all gifts going to the Crisis Pregnancy Center. They partner with the St. Vincent de Paul Society for their annual Angel Tree program to provide gifts and food for those in need.

Their outreach ministries include Celebration of Life and the Prayer Shawl Ministry. Major fund-raisers are a Christmas Boutique and a spring Rummage Sale. Other events include High Tea, Advent by Candlelight, and a monthly Lunch Bunch.

MEETINGS:  First Thursday of the month
TIME:           7:00 pm
LOCATION:  Parish Hall
The Guild warmly welcomes new parishioners to participate.
